At Warden Woods, our many diverse programmes and services, community projects and special events offer something for everyone. Warden Woods is a great place to enroll in a workshop, join a club, volunteer in a programme or introduce a loved one to a life enhancing service.
Warden Woods began in 1970 with a commitment to provide programmes and services to residents living in new government housing. Over the years, the Centre has kept pace with the changing needs of the community by offering diverse cultural, social and recreational programs that reflect the rich cultural mosaic of the neighbourhood.
At Warden Woods, we promote understanding and mutual respect where each person feels a part of the community and is encouraged to contribute fully. Our skilled and dedicated staff and volunteers are committed to providing quality, community driven programming that helps create opportunities.

Going Green at Warden Woods!
At Warden Woods, our aim is to be environmentally friendly in our community initiatives including our programming and services, our purchasing of supplies, our building maintenance and energy consumption, our transportation, and in our dedication to the surrounding environment including the Warden Woods parkland and Taylor Massey Creek. We are dedicated to improving our green footprint and helping others in the community to become eco-conscious.
We're proud to announce the opening of our Community Access Computer Centre. The community can access the computers from 9am to 7pm and because they're wireless, individuals can access the internet using their laptops while sitting outside on the patio. We have had an overwhelmingly positve response to the new computers. The Community Access Computer Centre was made possible through funding from the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
