Meals On Wheels

Hot nutritious meals, Monday to Friday; frozen meals weekly; and the Good Food Box, with fresh fruit and vegetables, every other week - delivered to your door by volunteers.

This service is also available to individuals recovering from illness or hospitalization. Chinese and South Asian meals are also available.
