Professional Training Programmes

SCRS offers Professional Training Programmes in Conflict Resolution and Anger Management. Our programmes can be customized to fit your needs. Fees vary depending on the length of the
programme. All facilitators are professionally trained.

Learning to resolve conflict in a positive, holistic manner is the goal of our Professional Training Programmes. You will learn to be a better mediator in your own life, whether you're stepping into a conflict around the water cooler, across the kitchen table, or between neighbours on your block. You will learn how to sharpen your conflict resolution skills by learning to recognize conflicts by type.

Once you know the type of conflict and it's underlying causes, you will have the skills to successfully mediate a mutually beneficial solution.

Our Conflict Resolution and Anger Management Training Programmes Benefit:

Businesses Organizations Landlords and Tenants

Have you ever watched two people quarrel or even yell at one another? Perhaps you sometimes want to intervene, but don't always know the best way.

Mediators, of course, have to intervene. It's what our clients expect us to do. When mediators intervene, they often succeed in resolving even the most bitter and long-standing disputes.

Conflict in the Real World

Disputes in the real world don't always fit so neatly into a single type. That means we need to work a little harder to figure out the causes of a conflict.
